Returns and refunds

At Deanna Scaife, each item is carefully handmade, and I want you to love your purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me with a photo of the item and packaging within 5 days of delivery, and I’ll make it right as soon as possible.
