Order Processing
- Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.

- USA / EU: typically 4–10 business days after dispatch.
- International: usually 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Available delivery options and estimated times will be displayed before completing your order.
Tracking Information
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If you need to make a correction, contact us within 12 hours after purchase.
- After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the address cannot be changed.
Failed Delivery / Return to Sender
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability,
- reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the item.
- We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
