Order Processing

  • Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer (you’ll be notified by email).

Delivery Time

  • USA / EU: typically 4–10 business days after dispatch.
  • International: usually 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
  • Exact delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Available delivery options and estimated times will be displayed before completing your order.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • If you need to make a correction, contact us within 12 hours after purchase.
  • After the parcel is handed over to the carrier, the address cannot be changed.

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability,
  • reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the item.
  • We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.

Customs Fees & Taxes

  • For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer,
  • according to local regulations.
